Its difficult to describe how wonderful Woodland Pioneers is! Attending this week changed the course of my life. Its a week of greenwood craft courses in amazing woodland near the foot of Lake Windermere. There’s space to camp in the woods, the most delicious food, lovely people and you’ll go home with new skills and creations. Plus if you’re interested in the Bill Hogarth coppice apprenticeship this is the place to start.

There’s 4x1 day courses for newcomers and the certificate, and 2x2day courses for returners or folk with some skills already. I’ll be teaching treen on the newcomers courses, things like spatulas, pegs, flowers.

Tickets are on a sliding scale so you can pay what you can afford.
